Training sessions for olive oil farmers in Lesvos were organised as part of their operational program, funded by EU and dedidated to producer organisations. The sessions focused on issues related to autumn plant protection, pruning, grafting and harvesting under the guidance of Michalis Papailiakis, field agronomist at the Mediterranean University.

An intensive, three-day training, of olive producers in Messinia was organised by Agrenaos, in cooperation with the Agricultural Cooperatives of Mouzaki, Nilea and Ampelofito that are seated in the area.

The training of the producers focused on topics related to fertilization, pruning, implementing models of Sustainable Olive Management and harvesting under the guidance of Dr. Ioannis Metzidakis, research agronomist and former director of the National Research Institute of Chania.

Agrenaos participated in a workshop coordinated by WWF as part of the project “Transforming small – scale coastal fisheries of Mediterranean Sea”.

The purpose of the meeting was to cover the gaps in knowledge of fishermen and present the advantages for setting up a fishing cooperative or a producer organization. Our team gave all the necessary information while a discussion followed with the fishermen and the rest of the technical advisors of the working group.

Agrenaos, a certificated provider for advisory services by ELGO-Dimitra, organizes a two–day informative wokshop for farmers about the current Sub-Measure 2.1: Provision of advisory Services in the Agricultural Sector and invites all the producers of Messinia and anyone interested to attend the event.
The workshop will take place on:

1. Wednesday, 23^rd of June at 19:30 – hall ‘’Alekos Papadopoulos’’, Kyparissia
2. Friday, 24^th of June at 19:30, City Council Chamber at the City Hall of Filiatra.

Agrenaos successfully organized a two-day training workshop for olive producers in collaboration with the agriculture cooperative of Agia Paraskevi, in the island of Lesvos.

The training focused on environmentally friendly farming practices such as olive tree pruning and management of pruning waste, agroforestry practices for increasing organic matter in the soil, integrated pest management, and introduction to the principles of integrated management for olive groves. Α large number of olive producers from the local Producer Organization and the wider region participated in this training.

AGRENAOS organized a series of training sessions at the beginning of February for the olive producers of Messinia in collaboration with the local agricultural cooperatives.

The training was developed around various cultivation topics/practices presented by a renowned scientific partner and included practical training on olive groves focused on pruning practices. These actions were part of the Operational Programs of numerous Olive Oil Producer Organisations and aim to improve the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of olive oil.

Our platform (RuralHub) has now extended to cover the conditions of the new agri-environmental measure 11 for Organic Farming. With these new features, it is possible to evaluate remotely and in real-time any application of an organic farmer and assess whether he is eligible to apply for the program. Moreover, the strongest feature of our platform remains the annual monitoring and checking of the commitments and changes in his farmhold to ensure that he will meet the requirements of organic farming till the end of the program.

ELGO DIMITRA has approved the evaluation of the application submitted by AGRENAOS, in the context of the call for expressions of interest, for its certification as an Agricultural Advisory Provider and its registration in the National Register of ELGO–DIMITRA. AGRENAOS is one of the 50 national providers in Greece certified for offering advisory services in the agricultural sector.

Άνοιξε το πρόγραμμα για τις επενδύσεις οινοπαραγωγής σε οινοποιεία για τα οικονομικά έτη 2021 – 2023. Το πρόγραμμα των επενδύσεων για επιχειρήσεις οινοπαραγωγής αφορά χρηματοδότηση δαπανών για τεχνολογίες αιχμής στη βελτίωση της ποιότητας του παραγόμενου οίνου και στο marketing των οινικών προϊόντων, στο πλαίσιο της τομεακής στήριξης στον τομέα του οίνου που προσφέρεται από τον  Καν. (ΕΚ) 1308/13.

Η εταιρεία μας έχει αναπτύξει και διαθέτει προς χρήση από συμβούλους-μελετητές μια ολοκληρωμένη ηλεκτρονική πλατφόρμα διαχείρισης και υποβοήθηση των αιτήσεων στήριξης για το μέτρο Νέων Αγροτών και των αρδευτικών σχεδίων βελτίωσης του Προγράμματος Αγροτικής Ανάπτυξης.
