Kick off meetings for two Operational Groups regarding pest management

Our first Operational Groups, focusing on innovative practices for pest management, were kicked off last week. Agrenaos will be coordinating the OGs and the projects’ activities will take place in the Region of Crete. In particular the OGs are:

a) ZERO TUTA , in cooperation with Hellenic Mediterranean Univeristy and Agricultural Cooperative of Tympaki, regarding the implementation of IPM practices for controling Tuta absoluta in vegetable greenhouse production.

β) DACO TECH, in cooperation with research institute ELGO-Dimitra, Hellenic Mediterranean Univeristy and Agricultural Cooperative of Stavies, for applying innovative technological applications and tools that will target Dacus oleae in olive groves.
