Kick-off meeting of Shield4Grape

Our journey has just begun! The kick-off meeting of our newly started HorizonEurope project Shield4Grape in Turin has been amazing! In the next 3 years new breeding techniques, hybrids and local grape varieties and IPM practices will be identified and tested for increasing resilience against pathogens.

A highly competent group of people from various disciplines will ensure a holistic approach that will provide valuable knowledge for the viticulture. Our role will be to demonstrate the new strategies in real, commercial conditions and train farmers and advisors for using them.
